The blind zone of a radar level meter is the area where the microwave pulses emitted by the radar level antenna cannot reach, i.e., in this area, the radar level meter cannot accurately measure the liquid level.
Radar level meter blind area analysis:
1. There will be some blind spots at the bottom of the object being measured: This blind spot refers to a distance nearby where the antenna cannot measure accurate data when it is at the bottom. The magnetic flap level meter can only ensure that the data in the subsequent measurement is accurate after leaving this distance.
2. There will be a certain blind spot on the top of the object being measured: During the measurement process, the short distance between the high material surface of the float level gauge and the reference point used in the measurement requires you to select a position to measure in order to make the measurement more accurate.
3. There must be a certain distance between the blind area at the top of the radar level gauge and the blind area at the bottom of the magnetic float level gauge, and this distance is the distance that is truly suitable for measurement. However, it is necessary to find this distance accurately before measuring, so that the measurement result can be more accurate.
Low frequency radar level meter installation and precautions:
1. Before installing the low frequency radar level meter, carefully open the packaging box to avoid breaking the glass box, the magnetic float level meter nails, and the radar level meter because of what will happen. Then do not knock the installation of the low frequency radar level meter body too violently, and do not have excessive vibration.
2. Installation of the low-frequency radar level meter. When the medium temperature is high, do not open the valve immediately. It should be preheated for 20-30 minutes until the low-frequency radar level meter has a certain temperature, and then slowly open the valve. The valve opening process: first slowly open the valve, and then slowly open the anti-corrosion magnetic flap level meter valve, so that the measured medium slowly enters the low-frequency radar level meter.
3. During use, the outer wall of the low-frequency radar level meter should be cleaned of dirt periodically to keep the level display clear.
