1. The flow measurement value fluctuates greatly. The measurement result keeps fluctuating and cannot be stabilized. Have you ever encountered this situation? Analysis: This situation is mostly caused by the presence of a pump next to the flow meter at the installation site. The medium is in a turbulent state when passing through the flow meter, and the pump will interfere with the flow meter measurement, resulting in unstable measurement results. Solution: Install the flow meter in an environment away from interference factors such as the pump, and ensure the length of the straight pipe section to ensure the stability of the fluid.
2. Inaccurate measurement value: The measurement result is inaccurate, and sometimes there will be empty pipe alarm and lower limit alarm. Analysis: The medium is not full in the pipe. In order for the flow meter to measure accurately, it must ensure that the medium is full in the pipe. Solution: Change the workmanship to ensure that the medium is full in the pipe.
3. Flow meter damage: The flow meter is flooded and damaged. Analysis: The flow meter is immersed in water for a long time, and the protection level is not appropriate. Solution: In the installation situation where the flow meter is immersed in water for a long time, the protection level of IP68 must be selected, otherwise the electromagnetic flow meter will really break down.
