　　4. Generally speaking, for correct installation of upstream and downstream, it is important to ensure that there are sufficient straight pipe sections.

　　5. The flow meter must be installed vertically. The measured fluid passes through the flow meter from bottom to top. The inlet and outlet must have a straight pipe section 5 times the diameter of the instrument. For newly installed pipelines, the pipelines should be flushed before installing the flow meter.

　　6. To facilitate the maintenance and replacement of the flow meter, a bypass pipeline must be connected when the meter is installed.

　　7. A valve should be installed upstream of the flow meter, and a flow control valve should be installed downstream at a position 5 to 10 times the diameter of the meter. For small-diameter meters, a filter should be installed upstream. If the measured medium contains magnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed in front of the flow meter.

　　8. When the measured medium is dirty, the tube and float should be cleaned in time.

　　9. The measurement accuracy of metal rotor flowmeter is generally 215 level. When higher measurement accuracy is required, metal rotor flowmeter should not be selected.
