High-frequency radar level meter in the measurement of the output is 4 ~ 20mA current, due to the measured medium itself and the probe, in its measurement there are two dead zones, respectively, the upper dead zone and the lower dead zone.


  The minimum distance that can be measured between the upper dead zone liquid surface and the upper reference point is approximately 0.1m~0.5m; the lower dead zone is at the bottom of the probe, and as the actual liquid level in the tank changes, the measurement result does not change. When measuring the interface position, the dielectric constant of the upper liquid is required to be 10 greater than the dielectric constant of the lower liquid surface. If the dielectric constants of the two interfaces are not much different, it will become a wave type. During measurement, since the time used for the liquid level and the interface position is basically the same, the two returned signals will overlap, affecting the measurement results.

  The working performance of the high-frequency radar level meter is very stable, with a higher reliability resolution.   Each high-frequency radar level meter has a cavity that holds a float, called a main tube or shell, which forms a communicating vessel with the container through a flange or other interface; in this way, the liquid level in its cavity is at the same height as the liquid level in the container, so the float in the cavity will rise and fall with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the container; a flip column display is installed outside the cavity, because when we manufacture the float, we install a magnetic steel at the junction of the float sinking into the liquid and the floating part. When it and the float rise and fall with the liquid level, its magnetism is transmitted to the flip column display through the shell, pushing the magnetic flip column to flip 180°; because the magnetic flip column is a cylinder composed of two semi-cylinders, red and white, it will change color after flipping 180° towards the outside of the flip column display, and the junction of the two colors is the height of the liquid level.
