Intelligent radar level meter overhaul precautions

　　Radar level gauges need to be repaired during long-term use. Below Supmea will analyze and explain the precautions for radar level gauge maintenance.

　　1. When using a multimeter to test the radar level meter on site, remember not to measure with power on. The current output of the radar level meter is 22mA.

　　2. When using a logic pen, oscilloscope, etc. to detect the radar level meter signal, be careful not to make the probe touch the two measurement pins at the same time, because the essence of this situation is to form a short circuit when power is applied.

　　3. When testing the filter capacitor in the power supply, the positive and negative poles of the electrolytic capacitor should be short-circuited first, and do not use the test lead to replace the wire to discharge the capacitor when short-circuiting, because it is easy to burn the core wire. You can take a 220V, 60-100W lamp with a lamp holder lead and connect it to both ends of the capacitor. The bulb will flash at the moment of discharge.

　　4. When repairing a radar level meter fault in a humid environment, it is necessary to use a multimeter to measure whether each point of the printed circuit is unobstructed, because the main fault in this case is copper foil corrosion.

　　5. When inspecting the internal circuit of the radar level meter, if the contacts and circuit boards where the components are installed are coated with insulating varnish, ordinary hand-sewn needles can be soldered to the test leads of the multimeter when measuring the parameters of each point, so as to pierce the paint layer and directly measure each point without peeling off the paint layer over a large area.

　　6. Do not plug or unplug various control boards and plugs when the power is on. Because when the power is on, plugging or unplugging the control board will generate a strong induced electromotive force, and the instantaneous counter-attack voltage is very high, which can easily damage the corresponding control board and plug.

　　7. When inspecting and repairing the radar liquid level meter, do not knock or bump it blindly to avoid expanding the fault and making it worse.

　　8. If the radar level meter needs to be disassembled on site, or the parameters inside need to be adjusted, the original position or original parameters need to be recorded to facilitate restoration to the original state.

　　9. Radar level gauges generally have a factory reset function, which can restore them to factory settings. During the maintenance of radar level gauges, it is necessary to understand the basic working principle of radar level gauges, understand the structure of radar level gauges, and understand some basic and simple operations.
