An input level sensor is a pressure sensor that measures the level of a liquid, based on the principle that the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid measured is proportional to the height of that liquid.
The immersion level sensor uses an isolated diffused silicon sensitive element or a ceramic capacitor pressure sensitive sensor to convert static pressure into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a standard electrical signal after temperature compensation and linear correction. It is generally suitable for the level measurement of various media in systems and industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, electricity, pharmaceuticals, water supply and drainage, and environmental protection. Application of static pressure immersion level transmitter (immersion level meter) is suitable for the level measurement of various media in systems and industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, electricity, pharmaceuticals, water supply and drainage, and environmental protection. The exquisite structure, simple adjustment and flexible installation method provide convenience for users to use easily. Standard signal output methods such as 4~20mA, 0~5v, 0~10mA can be selected by users according to their needs.
The stainless steel sensor of the immersion level meter has a cable with an extendable polyurethane shell material. The immersion level meter can choose a sensor with a heavy anchor. This immersion level meter is used in a liquid environment with fluctuations or rapids. The immersion level meter is mainly used for urban water supply and drainage, water treatment plants, reservoirs, rivers, oceans, oil storage tanks, and level measurement in petroleum, chemical, and electric power departments. The measured medium can be water, oil, acidic, alkaline, and viscous liquids. The instrument outputs a two-wire 4~20mA standard current signal, with the advantages of advanced technology, high precision, stable and reliable quality, and easy installation and use. It is an ideal level meter in a process detection and control system.
The immersion level gauge is a static pressure level measurement. In the liquid medium, the pressure generated at a certain depth is the weight of the medium itself above the measuring point. It is proportional to the density of the medium and the local gravity acceleration. Therefore, the physical quantity measured by the immersion level gauge is actually pressure, which can also be known through the calibration unit of the level gauge. The actual liquid level must be obtained by conversion after knowing the two parameters of density and gravity acceleration. Such conversion is usually performed through secondary instruments or PLC in the industrial field.
