LWGY series flange type intelligent turbine flowmeter is the main type of speed type flowmeter, when the measured fluid flows through the turbine flowmeter sensor, under the action of the fluid, the impeller is rotated by the force, and its speed is proportional to the average flow rate of the pipeline, and at the same time, the blades periodically cut the magnetic lines of force generated by the electromagnet, change the magnetic flux of the coil, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, in the coil will be induced by the pulsating potential signal, i.e., electric pulse signal, this electric pulsation signal frequency is proportional to the measured fluid flow rate. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a pulsating electric potential signal will be induced in the coil, i.e. electric pulse signal, and the frequency of this electric pulsating signal is proportional to the flow rate of the measured fluid.

• 1. Turbine: It is made of stainless steel with high magnetic conductivity, the impeller core is equipped with spiral blades, and the fluid acts on the blades to make it rotate.
• 2. Deflector: Used to stabilize the flow of fluid and support the impeller.
• 3. Magneto-electric inductive converter: It consists of a coil and a magnet, which is used to convert the rotational speed of the impeller into a corresponding electrical signal to be supplied to the preamplifier for amplification.

• 4. Housing: The entire flowmeter is mounted on the housing, which is made of non-conductive stainless steel and is connected to the fluid piping at both ends.
• 5. Preamplifier: Receives the signal from the magnetic induction converter and amplifies it.
