Case introduction
Working principle: the radar level meter antenna transmits narrow microwave pulses, transmitted downward by the antenna, the microwave is reflected back after contacting the surface of the measured medium, and is received by the antenna system again and transmitted to the electronic unit for automatic conversion into level signals.
It mainly has the following measurement characteristics:
- 1、Suppresses interference echoes. Interference echoes caused by in-beam connectors and interference echoes caused by feed noise can be suppressed automatically.
- 2、Continuous and accurate measurement. Due to the characteristics of electromagnetic waves, it is not affected by the environment. Therefore, it is widely measured. The probe of the radar level meter has no contact with the surface of the medium. It is a non-contact measurement that allows accurate and fast measurement of different media. The probe is virtually unaffected by temperature, pressure and gases.
- 3、Easy maintenance and simple operation. Radar level meter has fault alarm and self-diagnosis function. According to the error code prompted by the operation display module to analyze the fault, timely determine the troubleshooting, so that the maintenance and correction is more convenient and accurate, to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
- 4、Wide range of application, almost all media can be measured. In terms of tank shape, the radar level meter can measure the level of spherical tanks, horizontal tanks, column tanks, cylinders, etc.; in terms of tank function, it can measure the level in storage tanks, buffer tanks, microwave tubes and by-pass tubes; liquids, particles, slurries and so on. It can be used to measure the medium.

The microwaves are virtually undisturbed, have no direct contact with the measuring medium and can be used for almost any vacuum measurement, level measurement or material position measurement. Extremely durable due to the extremely complex chemical and physical conditions in which the material is used, it provides accurate, reliable, long-term and stable analog or digital quantities.
