Burkert electromagnetic flowmeter is specially designed with a Chinese LCD display with backlight and wide temperature. It is fully functional and practical, with intuitive display and easy operation.
Precautions for using Burkert electromagnetic flowmeter: 1. Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields to prevent the magnetic field from affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor. 2. It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, away from the sun and rain. The ambient temperature should be between -20 and +60°C, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%. 3. There should be ample space around the flowmeter to facilitate installation and maintenance.
Installation methods and precautions for Burkert electromagnetic flowmeter: Burkert electromagnetic flowmeter is specially designed with a Chinese LCD display with backlight and wide temperature. It is fully functional and practical, with intuitive display and easy operation. Reduce the inconvenience caused by the English menu of other electromagnetic flowmeters.
Features of Burkert electromagnetic flowmeter: 1. There are no moving parts and no flow-blocking parts in the pipeline, and there is almost no additional pressure loss during measurement. 2. The measurement results have nothing to do with physical parameters such as flow velocity distribution, fluid pressure, temperature, density, and viscosity.
Installation method of Burkert electromagnetic flowmeter: 1. Horizontal and vertical installation The sensor can be installed horizontally and vertically, but it should be ensured to avoid the influence of sediments and bubbles on the measuring electrode, and the electrode axis should be kept horizontal. When installed vertically, fluid should flow from bottom to top. The sensor cannot be installed at the highest position of the pipe, as bubbles may easily accumulate in this position. 2.Ensure full pipe installation. Ensure that when the flow sensor is measuring, the pipe is filled with the fluid to be measured, and the pipe is not in a non-full pipe state. If the pipeline is not full or the outlet is empty, the sensor should be installed on a siphon. 3. In order to ensure the stability of measurement when installing between elbows, valves and pumps, straight pipe sections should be set up before and after the sensor, the length of which is given in the figure below. If this is not possible, a flow stabilizer should be used or the cross-sectional area of the measuring point should be reduced. 4.The sensor cannot be installed at the water inlet of the pump. To avoid negative pressure, the sensor cannot be installed at the water inlet of the pump, but should be installed at the water outlet of the pump. 5. The ideal installation location for the sensor's inlet straight pipe section and outlet straight pipe section should be to have sufficient straight pipe sections before and after the measurement point. The inlet straight pipe section should be ≥5D, and the outlet straight pipe section should be ≥3D (D is the nominal diameter of the sensor). The plug-in inlet straight pipe section should be ≥ 20 D, and the outlet straight pipe section should be ≥ 7D (D is the nominal diameter of the sensor). 6. Installation when the pipeline outlet is in a vented state. When the outlet is in a vented state, the sensor should not be installed at the vented location of the pipeline, but should be installed at a lower location. When the sensor is installed below the pipe, it should be ensured that the sensor is filled with liquid and the pipe cannot be empty. 7.Series installation and parallel installation If several sensors need to be connected in series on the same pipeline, the distance between each sensor should be at least 2 sensor lengths. If more than two sensors are installed parallel to each other, the distance between the sensors must be greater than 1m.
