Trouble 1. Analysis of the reasons for the output when the liquid does not flow: 1. There is a break in the signal transmission cable connection with the converter; 2. A break in the signal cable to the electrical connection; 3. The electrical surface is contaminated or deposited with an insulating layer; 4. Poor grounding or open circuit.
Solution: 1. Connect the cable; 2. Open the sensor and reconnect it; 3. Scrub the electrical surface; 4. Connect the bottom line.
Fault 2. Analysis of the cause of no output in liquid flow: 1. The two cores of the signal transmission cable between the converter and the converter are reversely connected; 2. The power supply is not connected or the contact is poor; 3. The sensor instrument pipe and shell , There is leakage on the end face.
Solution: 1. Remove the thread; 2. Connect the power supply and keep the contact in good condition; 3. Repair the sensor.
Fault 3. Analysis of causes of excessive error: 1. Zero point is too high; 2. Not fully filled with liquid; 3. Power supply distortion is too large; 4. Poor grounding.
Solution: 1. Re-adjust the zero point; 2. Improve the channel conditions so that the sensor is always filled with liquid; 3. Improve the power supply conditions to meet normal working conditions; 4. Connect the ground wire.
Fault 4. Analysis of the causes of unstable output: 1. The flow field is unstable; 2. The liquid passing through the sensor contains gas and large solid blocks; 3. The electrical connection is virtual; 4. Poor grounding; 5 , electrical leakage.
Solution: 1. Modify the channel, or install additional fake sensors; 2. Check the wiring and connect the wires; 3. Connect the ground wire; 4. Repair the sensor.
