How to solve it?
1. There is output when the liquid is not flowing:
1. There is a break in the signal transmission cable connection with the converter;
2. The connection between the signal cable and the electrode is open;
3. The surface of the electrode is contaminated or an insulating layer is deposited; 4. The grounding is poor or the circuit is open.
Solution:
1. Connect the cable;
2. Open the sensor and reconnect it;
3. Scrub Electrode surface;
4. Connect the ground wire.
2. The error is too large:
1. The zero point is too high;
2. Not completely filled with liquid;
3. The power supply distortion is too large;
4. Poor grounding.
Solution:
1. Re-adjust the zero point;
2. Improve the pipeline conditions so that the sensor is always filled with liquid;
3. Improve the power supply conditions to meet normal working conditions;
4. Connect the ground wire.
3. The split electromagnetic flowmeter has no display and output signal:
Solution:
1. Check the power supply (including fuses and fuses) Open circuit or short circuit;
2. Check the connecting cable (excitation line, signal line) for open circuit or short circuit;
3. Check whether the converter related functions are turned on;
4. Check whether the converter is damaged.
