How to set the electromagnetic flowmeter parameters? What is its typical measurement error? What media can be used for metering? At present, the working pressure specifications of domestically produced electromagnetic flowmeters are: 50mm diameter, working pressure is 1.6MPa; 900mm diameter, working pressure is 1MPa; greater than 1000mm diameter, working pressure is 0.6MPa. Some manufacturers have been able to manufacture electromagnetic flow transmitters with a pressure resistance of 32MPa. The operating temperature of the electromagnetic flowmeter depends on the lining material used, generally 5-70°C. After the single function water test is completed and the preparatory debugging of the control host is completed, system debugging can be carried out. The oily medium pipeline needs to be dried before it can be introduced into the measured medium for system operation.

When debugging the electromagnetic flowmeter and PLC method system, the host system should perform a code scan on each measuring point in advance to ensure that each instrument component is in normal working condition before functional debugging can be carried out. During functional debugging, the host system reads parameters of each instrument, conducts critical value alarm tests, etc., and then writes control data. Conduct debugging one by one and send relevant data to the relevant machine location for analysis. After the host completes the debugging of each instrument in the system, it can perform programming and debugging of the individual PLC of the instrument terminal. PLC programming and debugging is of great significance to instrument debugging. It can read data, write parameters, and adjust a single instrument without affecting the working status of the host. The development of modern PLC technology has made its application in electromagnetic instrument control more convenient. Most electromagnetic flowmeters can be purchased with PLC programming controllers matching their products. Through special interfaces, individual instruments can be debugged. . After the electromagnetic flowmeter is debugged, it needs to perform 24 hours of uninterrupted measurement under continuous working conditions until all electromagnetic instruments in the system can operate according to the design requirements.
