1. The flow direction mark on the sensor must be consistent with the flow direction of the measured medium in the pipeline.
2. The installation position must ensure that the measuring tube is filled with the measured medium.
3. Choose a place where the fluid flow pulse is small, that is, it should be far away from the pump and local resistance parts (valves, elbows, etc.).
4. When measuring two-phase fluid, choose a location that is not likely to cause phase separation.
5. Try to avoid installing it in places where there is negative pressure in the pipe.
6. When the measured medium easily causes adhesion and scaling of the electrode and the inner wall of the measuring tube, it is recommended that the flow rate in the measuring tube should not be less than 2m/s. A tapered tube slightly smaller than the process pipe diameter can be used. The sensor can be installed in parallel with a cleaning port, so that the electrode and measuring tube can be cleaned without interrupting the flow.
7. During installation, the inner diameter of the sealing gasket should be consistent with the inner diameter of the measuring tube lining.
8. The junction box must be kept dry, otherwise the instrument may produce measurement errors.
