1. Measuring medium: The turbine flowmeter is a velocity flowmeter. Its principle determines the type of its measuring medium, which can be liquid, gas or steam. At present, most industrial occasions, such as nitrogen, compressed air, steam, thermal oil, etc., are mostly measured by flange-connected vortex flowmeters;
2. Pipeline diameter: Flange-connected vortex flowmeters can be divided into pipeline and insertion installation according to different installation methods. For pipeline type, the pipeline diameter is the same as most other flowmeters, the smallest is DN15, and the largest can reach DN300. If a larger diameter is required, you can choose insertion installation. The conventional diameter range can reach DN2000, and diameters above DN2000 are supplied according to the agreement;
3. Measurement accuracy: The accuracy of flange-connected vortex flowmeters also has several levels, and is divided according to the measured medium. For pipeline vortex flowmeters, if they are measuring liquids, the measurement accuracy can reach level 1.0, and if they are measuring gases, the accuracy can reach level 1.5. If it is an insertion-type vortex flowmeter, the accuracy can reach levels 1.5 and 2.5;
4. Medium temperature: Generally speaking, it is divided into three ranges, namely normal temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The temperature ranges are -40~100℃ (normal temperature), 100~250℃ (medium temperature), 100~320℃ (high temperature). If the on-site medium temperature is higher, such as some superheated steam, it can be measured with an orifice flowmeter;
5. Nominal pressure: mainly divided according to the installation method. The main demands in the market are as follows, such as flange clamp type (2.5MPa), flange connection type (1.0/1.6/2.5MPa), plug-in installation type (1.6MPa/2.5MPa/4.0MPa);
6. Power supply: According to the current market demand, there are mainly +12VDC (three-wire pulse output), +24VDC (three-wire pulse output and two-wire current output), 3.6V lithium battery, dual power supply;
7. Output signal: According to the current market demand, there are mainly voltage frequency pulse output, two-wire 4-20mA output and HART output. In addition, some occasions may require digital output, and we can also provide modbus RS485 communication.
