Failure to receive a signal or too weak a signal are minor problems. So don't be surprised if it occurs, do the following steps carefully and you will be able to solve it.

- 1. First confirm that the pipe is full of fluid.
- 2. If the pipe is too close to the wall, the probe can be installed on a pipe diameter with an inclined angle, instead of having to install it on a horizontal pipe diameter, and the Z-method should be used to install the probe.
- 3. Carefully select the dense part of the pipe and polish it well, apply sufficient coupling agent to install the probe.
- 4. Separately and carefully move each probe slowly around the installation point to find the signal point, to prevent missing the installation point where a stronger signal can be received due to scaling on the inner wall of the pipeline or due to local deformation of the pipeline that causes the ultrasonic beam to reflect out of the expected area.
- 5. Electromagnetic flowmeter scaling on the inner wall of the metal pipeline can be used to hit the method of scaling partially dislodged or cracked, but note that this method is sometimes rather because of the scaling and the inner wall of the gap between the ultrasonic transmission does not help at all.
Above is the electromagnetic flowmeter manufacturers share "in the actual application of electromagnetic flowmeter signal weak how to do?" . Thank you for watching. If you have any questions, you can consult online or leave us a message. We will wholeheartedly answer for you.
