Electromagnetic flowmeter flow measurement inaccuracy reasons

Inspection steps: ① Check whether the medium is full; ② Whether the signal line is connected correctly and reliably; ③ Check the sensor diameter and instrument coefficient

1. Instrument coefficient 2. Is it consistent with the sensor nameplate? ④ When the reading jumps, check whether the ground wire is connected properly.

Repair methods: ① If the medium cannot fill the pipe, the flow meter needs to be reinstalled correctly; ② Connect the signal wire correctly and firmly; ③ Modify the parameters to make them consistent with the nameplate; ④ Connect the ground wire.

The meter has no display:

Check steps: ① Check whether water has entered the converter; ② Check whether the power cord connection is correct and reliable; ③ Check whether the fuse in the converter junction box is fused .

Repair method: ① If water enters the converter, cut off the power and clear the water. If it does not display, the converter needs to be replaced. ②Connect the power supply wiring correctly and firmly; ③If the fuse is blown, replace it with the same type of fuse.

Empty pipe alarm:

① Check whether the medium is full ② Short-circuit the converter SIG1 and SIG2SIG GND to see if the fault can be eliminated;

③ Check the signal Whether the wire connection is correct;

④ Check whether the electricity is contaminated (if it is contaminated, use a soft brush to clean the contaminants);

⑤ When the flow rate is zero, Check the parameter Mtsnsr Emval value should be greater than 500;

⑥ When the medium is water and there is flow, check the ground resistance of SIG1 or SIG2, its value should be less than 50K ohms.
