For your correct measurement, you should pay attention to the following requirements when choosing the location on the pipe: ⑴ The sensor can be on a straight pipe It can also be installed on a horizontal or inclined pipe, but the center line of the two electrodes is required to be horizontal. ⑵ The medium should flow through the full pipe at the installation position to avoid the full pipe and gas from adhering to the electrode. ⑶ For liquid-solid two-phase fluids, vertical installation is adopted to make the sensor lining wear evenly and extend the service life. ⑷ When the medium at the installation location of the flow meter is not full of the pipe, the method of raising the flow half-back end pipe can be used to make the pipe full. It is strictly prohibited to install the flow meter at the high point of the pipe and at the water outlet. (See the picture) ⑸ Modify the installation method of the pipeline: When the medium flow rate cannot meet the requirements, a flowmeter with a smaller diameter should be selected. In this case, a reducing tapered pipe should be used or some pipes should be modified to have the same diameter as the sensor, but The front and rear straight pipe sections must at least meet the requirements: the front straight pipe section ≥5DN, the rear straight pipe ≥2DN (DN is the pipe diameter) ⑹The front and rear straight pipe sections are ≥5DN in front of the flowmeter, and ≥2DN in the rear end.

In order to make the transmission circuit work reliably and stably, the following requirements should be paid attention to when selecting the installation location:

(1) Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and Equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, large transformers, etc.) to prevent the magnetic field from affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.

⑵ It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, and should not be installed in humid and water-prone places.

⑶ Avoid exposure to the sun and rain as much as possible, and avoid ambient temperatures higher than 60°C and relative humidity greater than 95%.

⑷Choose a place that is convenient for maintenance and activities.

⑸ The flow meter should be installed at the rear end of the water pump and never on the suction side; the valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow rate.
