Notes on electromagnetic flowmeters:
1. The two motors of the flowmeter need to be kept on the same level to avoid being insulated by sediment or the air in the upper part of the pipe.
2. The transmitter of the electromagnetic flowmeter should be installed in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid excessive temperature and strong vibration. Avoid large motors and transformers around the environment. and other equipment, which is the basic condition to ensure normal operation.
3. While ensuring the normal operation of the electromagnetic flowmeter, it is also necessary to reduce the occurrence of errors. That is to say, the requirements of the linear pipe must be met before and after use, and the selection can be made in accordance with relevant regulations.
4. In order to ensure that the measuring tube of the electromagnetic flowmeter transmitter is filled with measuring medium, it should be installed vertically and flow upward. Especially when liquid-solid two-phase flow occurs, it should be installed vertically. If the site only allows horizontal installation, both electrodes should be on the same plane.
