　　Analysis of common factors causing unqualified installation of integrated electromagnetic flowmeter:

　　1. When the sensor mounting flange is connected to the pipe flange, the sensor has different axes, which causes stress deformation. When the sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter is deformed by external force, the force on the pipe wall when the measured medium flows through the sensor pipe will change due to the pipe deformation, causing the phase difference of the vibration tube detection coil to change disproportionately with the mass flow rate, resulting in increased measurement errors.

　　2. The installation mode of the sensor does not match the properties of the measured medium. If the installation method is incorrect, the measured medium will not fill the sensor measurement pipeline, resulting in uneven stress on the inner wall of the pipeline and inaccurate detection coil signals at both ends of the vibration tube, resulting in large deviations in the measured value.

　　3. The installation location is too close to large motors or transformers and other equipment, causing interference. If the sensor is installed too close to the transformer, it is susceptible to electromagnetic interference, causing abnormal detection coil signals at both ends of the vibration tube, resulting in excessive deviation in the measured value. If the sensor is too close to the motor, it is susceptible to mechanical vibration, causing abnormal torsional vibration of the vibration tube in the sensor, increasing the measurement error.
