Natural rubber (soft rubber): 1. Good elasticity, wear resistance and tearing force; 2. Resistant to corrosion by general weak acids and weak alkalis, and can resist corrosion by water and sewage. Acid-resistant rubber (hard rubber) can resist corrosion by hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, ammonia water, phosphoric acid and 50% sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide at room temperature, but cannot resist corrosion by strong oxidants, and can resist corrosion by general acids, alkalis and salt solutions.
Neoprene: 1. Excellent elasticity, high tearing force, good wear resistance; 2. Resistant to general low concentration acid, alkali and salt solution corrosion, but not resistant to oxidizing media corrosion <80℃; tested in water, sewage, mud and slurry.
Polyurethane rubber: 1. Excellent wear resistance; 2. Poor acid and alkali resistance <40℃ for testing neutral and highly abrasive coal slurry, mud and mineral slurry.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE): 1. Resistant to boiling hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, concentrated alkali and various organic solvents; 2. Good wear resistance and poor bonding performance -80 ~ +180℃; can measure concentration, concentrated alkali, strong corrosive solutions and sanitary media.
