How to maintain LDCK electromagnetic flowmeter after use?
General maintenance of LDCK electromagnetic flowmeter
1) Always observe whether the sensor power cable and transmission cable (or wire) are damaged or aged, and protect the rubber sheath outside the cable.
2) Use a soft cloth to scrub the electrode surface regularly (usually half a year) to remove dirt or sediment.
3) Clear debris in the straight pipe section upstream of the sensor.

1) There is output when the liquid does not flow: 1. With There is an open circuit in the signal transmission cable connection between the converters; 2. An open circuit in the connection between the signal cable and the electrode; 3. Contamination or insulating layer deposits on the electrode surface; 4. Poor grounding or open circuit.
Solution: 1. Connect the cable; 2. Open the sensor and reconnect it; 3. Scrub the electrode surface; 4. Connect the ground wire.
2) Liquid flow without output: 1. The two cores of the signal transmission cable between the converter and the converter are reversely connected; 2. The power supply is not connected or the contact is poor; 3. The sensor instrument pipe, shell, and end face are damaged leakage.
Solution: 1. Replace the wire; 2. Connect the power supply and keep the contact in good condition; 3. Repair the sensor.
3) Unstable output: 1. The flow field is unstable; 2. The liquid passing through the sensor contains gas and large solid blocks; 3. The electrical connection is virtual; 4. Poor grounding; 5. Electrode leakage Leakage
Solutions: 1. Modify the pipeline or install a fake sensor; 2. Normal phenomenon; 3. Check the wiring and connect the wires; 4. Connect the ground wire; 5. Repair the sensor.
4) The error is too large: 1. The zero point is too high; 2. Not filled with liquid; 3. The distortion of the power supply is too large; 4. Poor grounding.
Solution: 1. Re-adjust the zero point; 2. Improve the pipeline conditions so that the sensor is always filled with liquid; 3. Improve the power supply conditions to meet normal working conditions; 4. Connect the ground wire.
