In terms of use and maintenance, you should regularly check whether the appearance of the electromagnetic flowmeter is normal and whether there is any mechanical damage or chemical corrosion. At the same time, the flow meter must be cleaned and maintained regularly, including cleaning the measuring tube and replacing worn parts. In addition, calibration should be performed regularly to ensure that the measurement accuracy of the flow meter meets the requirements.
Common problems and solutions:
Large deviation in measurement values: It may be caused by the pipeline not being cleaned, the flow meter not being installed correctly or improper selection. The pipes need to be cleaned and the flow meter reinstalled or replaced.
No display on the flow meter: It may be caused by power failure, circuit board damage, or poor signal line connection. The power supply needs to be checked, the circuit board replaced, or the signal cable reconnected.
