LDE-100 electromagnetic flowmeter is formulated based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volume flow of conductive fluids. Due to its unique characteristics, it has been widely used in the measurement of various conductive liquids in industry. It is mainly used in chemical industry, papermaking, food, textile, metallurgy, environmental protection, water supply and drainage and other industries. It can realize system control when matched with computers. Installation requirements for LDE-100 electromagnetic flowmeter: 1. Environmental selection: The electromagnetic flowmeter should be as far away from equipment with strong electromagnetic fields as possible, such as large motors, large transformers, large frequency converters, etc. The installation site should not have strong vibrations, the pipelines should be firmly fixed, and the ambient temperature should not change much (to prevent solid-liquid phase changes). The installation environment should be convenient for installation and maintenance.
2. Location selection: The installation location of the electromagnetic flowmeter must ensure that the pipe is always filled with the liquid to be measured. Choose a place with small liquid flow pulses and stay away from local resistance parts such as pumps, valves, and elbows. When measuring two-phase (solid, liquid and gas, liquid) liquids, you should choose a place that is not likely to cause phase separation. The inner diameter or circumference of the pipe to be measured is easy to measure, and the ovality should be small. 3. Straight pipe length: The length of the straight pipe section on the upstream side of the electromagnetic flowmeter installation pipeline should be greater than or equal to 10D, and the length of the straight pipe section on the downstream side should not be less than 5D (D is the diameter of the pipe being measured). 4. Flow control valve and regulating valve: The flow control valve of the electromagnetic flowmeter should be installed in the measured pipe on the upstream side of the sensor, and the flow regulating valve should be installed on the downstream side of the sensor.
