Liquid electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive instrument that measures the volume flow of conductive media in pipes based on Farah's law of electromagnetic induction.

Liquid electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive instrument that measures the volume flow of conductive media in pipes based on Farah's law of electromagnetic induction. It is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids in pipes, such as water, sewage, mud, slurry, acid, alkali, etc. Salt liquid and food slurry, etc. It is widely used in petrochemical, mining and metallurgy, coal, water conservancy engineering water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other industries.

This product not only meets the needs of on-site display, but also can output 4~20mA current signals for recording, adjustment and control. In addition to measuring the flow of general conductive liquids, the electromagnetic flowmeter can also measure both liquid and solid. Phase flow, high viscosity liquid flow and volume flow rate of salt, strong acid and strong alkali liquids.

You can refer to the following points when purchasing a liquid electromagnetic flowmeter:

1. Choose the appropriate type based on the characteristics of integrated and separate electromagnetic flowmeters. The integrated installation is convenient for wiring and has medium accuracy. It should not be installed below the ground to prevent the converter from being flooded. Separate type flow meters have higher accuracy. The converter and sensor are installed in different places, which is more suitable for occasions with poor on-site environment. However, installation and wiring are strict, otherwise interference signals are easily introduced.

2. Choose the appropriate electrode form. For media that does not produce crystallization, scarring, or contamination of the electrode, standard electrodes can be used. For sludge measurement, replaceable electrodes can also be used.

3. Select the electrode material according to the corrosiveness of the medium being measured.

4. Select the lining material according to the corrosiveness, abrasion and temperature of the medium being measured.

5. Protection level.

6. Select the nominal pressure of the equipment according to the pressure of the medium to be measured. For flow measurement with medium pressure levels of 10MPa, 16MPa, 25MPa, and 32MPa, a high-pressure electromagnetic flowmeter should be selected.
