Electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: electromagnetic flow converter and electromagnetic flow sensor. The separated type also A special double-shielded cable is required to connect the converter to the sensor.

Electrode forms and materials

Electrode forms and materials can be divided into standard type, scraper type, detachable type, and grounded electrode.

The electrode and ground electrode materials include molybdenum-containing stainless steel, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, titanium, tantalum, platinum-eloy, and stainless steel coated tungsten carbide.

Flange material: carbon steel.

Grounding ring material: stainless steel.

Door protection ring material: stainless steel, carbon steel.

Output signal:

Frequency output: forward and reverse flow output, the upper limit of the output frequency can be set within the range of 1-5000 HZ. Alarm output: two-channel photoelectrically isolated transistor open collector alarm output. The external power supply is not greater than 35V, and the maximum collector current is 250mA when turned on. Alarm status: empty fluid pipe, excitation disconnection, flow over limit.
