The electromagnetic flowmeter adopts advanced single-chip microcomputer technology and new micro-power consumption technology. It can measure the volume flow of conductive liquids including acids, alkalis, salts and other highly corrosive liquids as well as pulp, mud, waste water and solid-liquid two-phase suspensions. . It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, paper and other industries as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.

Instrument features:

★Used to measure the flow rate of various conductive liquids

★Strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance

★Can measure forward/reverse flow

★Large LCD screen, humanized operation interface, easy to use

★Self-diagnosis function

★Long-lasting EEPROM, Used to save configuration parameters and measurement data when power is off

★Measurement results are not affected by physical properties such as temperature, pressure, viscosity and density

Advantages of electromagnetic flowmeters:

(1) There are no flow-impeding parts in the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and relatively low requirements for straight pipe sections;

(2) High measurement accuracy, strong stability, and strong resistance to vibration interference;

(3) The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity;

(4) It has a variety of electrodes and lining options and has strong resistance to media corrosion.

Disadvantages of electromagnetic flowmeter:

(1) The flowmeter can only measure liquid flow in media with a conductivity greater than 5μs/m.

(2) The actual maximum pressure of the flow meter must be less than the rated pressure of the flow meter.

(3) It cannot measure gas, steam and other media.

(4) Scale or wear of the flow meter water supply pipe changes the inner diameter, which will cause measurement errors.

(5) If the flow meter is used to measure viscous liquids with dirt, if the dirt on the electrode reaches a certain thickness, it may cause the meter measurement error to increase.
