1. Selection of installation location The installation location of the electromagnetic flowmeter should be selected at a location that can ensure measurement accuracy. Generally, it should be selected on a straight pipe section with stable water flow. 2. Power supply wiring and grounding When wiring the power supply, avoid connecting it to high-voltage lines. At the same time, you need to pay attention to the correctness of the power wiring. During installation, you need to carefully check whether the power wiring is connected well and tightly to avoid loose wiring. Grounding is also an important guarantee for the normal use of the electromagnetic flowmeter. 4. Bubble elimination During the installation process of the electromagnetic flowmeter, bubble problems may also occur, so bubble elimination is required. You can turn on the switch of the electromagnetic flowmeter and turn it on and off several times to remove the bubbles.

5. Debugging phase In the debugging phase, zero point calibration needs to be performed first, that is, the reading is adjusted to zero in the absence of flow. Secondly, full point calibration is required, that is, adjusting the flow rate to the maximum value and performing calibration. During debugging, you can choose 4~20mA current simulation mode or HART communication mode for debugging.

6.
