The split electromagnetic flowmeter is mainly used to measure the volume flow in conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. This product has the characteristics of high accuracy, strong adaptability and strong anti-interference, and has become an important equipment for flow measurement in the field of industrial production. Including highly corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts. This product is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, paper and other industries as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.
The split electromagnetic flowmeter works based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductive liquid flows in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated in a plane perpendicular to the magnetic field and the direction of flow. The electromagnetic flowmeter calculates the flow rate by generating a strong magnetic field around the measuring tube and measuring the induced electromotive force generated when the conductive liquid passes through the magnetic field.
When installing the split-type electromagnetic flowmeter, its installation dimensions must be measured and calculated accurately, otherwise it will not be installed, or even cause leakage of dangerous substances in the later period, causing serious losses and the gain will not be worth the candle. Then the direction of the fluid should be consistent with the flow arrow on the main pipe of the flow meter. If welding is to be performed, be sure not to work close to the flange to avoid high temperatures scalding the flowmeter lining material. During installation, strictly follow the installation diagram above or the installation notes in the instruction manual.
