2. Prevent influence. The electromagnetic flowmeter works according to the law of electromagnetic induction. It is particularly sensitive to interference. When installing and using it, you need to pay attention to the fact that there should be no interference in the selected parts to prevent it from affecting the normal measurement verification of the flowmeter. 3. The converter and the smart transmitter should use the same switching power supply to prevent the abnormal operation of the instrument panel caused by the phase difference between the detection signal and the feedback signal, and the smart transmitter should be assembled to avoid All areas of magnetic fields and vibrations.
4. It is necessary to avoid the accumulation of scale in the inner cavity of the smart transmitter hose, which will harm the measurement accuracy. If the scale resistor is too small, it will cause the electrode to short-circuit, thus causing the flow signal to become smaller or even sudden.
