DN20 electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction work, used to measure the conductivity greater than 5 μS/cm conductive liquid volume flow, is a conductive medium to measure the volume flow of inductive instruments. DN20 electromagnetic flowmeter installation location selection
In order to make DN20 electromagnetic flowmeter work reliably and stably, the following requirements should be paid attention to when choosing the installation location:
a. Try to avoid magnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, large transformers, etc.), so as not to affect the magnetic field of the sensor's operating magnetic field and flow signal.
b. Should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as far as possible, and should not be installed in a humid, waterlogged place.
c. Avoid sunshine and rain as much as possible, avoid ambient temperature higher than 60℃ and relative humidity higher than 95%.
d. Choose a place that is easy to maintain and easy to move around.
e. The flow meter should be installed at the back end of the pump, and should never be installed on the suction side; the valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow.
In order to make the flowmeter work reliably and stably, the following requirements should be paid attention to when choosing the pipeline installation location:
a. The sensor can be installed on vertical, horizontal or inclined pipes, but the center line of the two electrodes is required to be in a horizontal state.
b. DN20 electromagnetic flowmeter work, always require the measurement pipe is full of the measured medium. Horizontal installation, in order to ensure this, if necessary, the elevation of the sensor installation position can be slightly lower than the elevation of the pipe.
c. DN20 electromagnetic flowmeter installation needs to meet the requirements of the front and rear straight pipe section, conventional occasions, the flowmeter inlet front section to retain 10DN, flowmeter out of the back end to retain 5DN.
